Return and Exchange Policy

General Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

Product that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.

Products purchased during the Sale:
We have a No Return or No Refund Policy applicable on orders with in Sale.

Refund Policy:
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

Product must be returned in its original packaging
Product wasn’t used or damaged
Product must include original tags (if applicable)
Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
Product that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund.
Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust bags until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted.

After inspection we will confirm whether the products are in an acceptable condition. This confirmation will be sent to you within 5 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation, as per the Return Policy, we will process bank refund (whichever is selected by you the customer) for that amount (excluding shipping & COD charges if applied). The mode of refund cannot be changed once you’ve submitted the request with us.

For bank refunds, the user must share correct bank account details to which the amount will be refunded. Any loss due to incorrect bank details will not be borne by Management.

The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective products and/or issuance of credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.

Exchange Policy:
Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:

Product must be returned in its original packaging
Product wasn’t used or damaged
Product must include original tags (if applicable)
Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

You exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the rights to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

You will be updated for their Return Status through their EMAIL, provided that contact information is recorded to us.

Order Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped or within 24-hours of placing an order. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you. Your refund (excluding the shipping charges) will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. You can sign in to your account and go to Order to cancel your order.

An order cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped or delivered to you.

Warranty/Guarantee Policy:
No warranty/guarantee/repairs for products which are sold at discounted price on the website.
