General Return Policy
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a repair, replacement, or refund, provided it meets the following criteria:
- **Eligibility**: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website; items bought from physical stores are non-returnable. Products purchased during a sale are final and not eligible for return or refund.
- **Return Conditions**: The item must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags, and accompanied by the purchase receipt. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and returned in their original box; shoes with marked soles or damaged boxes will not be accepted.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm if it meets the criteria. If accepted, a bank refund (excluding shipping and COD charges) will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please ensure correct bank details are provided, as Lazera Shoes is not responsible for errors.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. To qualify:
- The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged, with all tags and proof of purchase.
- Items altered or repaired by external services will not be eligible for refunds.

Exchange Policy
We’re happy to help with size or color exchanges within 7 days, provided that the requested item is in stock. Exchange requests will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.
- Exchanges are allowed once per item, and the product must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with all tags and proof of purchase.

Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order online within 24 hours or before it is shipped. Canceled orders will be fully refunded, minus shipping charges, once we receive the item back from the courier. Cancellations are not permitted once an item has shipped.
Warranty/Guarantee Policy
Products purchased at a discount or on sale are not eligible for warranty, guarantee, or repair services.
